Fundations Free Printables: Independent Practice

Fundations Free Printables – Fundations is a named foundational-literacy program with its own instructional sequence and materials. Searchers often need extra letter, blending, or dictation practice, but copying program pages can create copyright and instructional-alignment problems. These sheets are independently designed generic phonics supplements.

How to use these resources

  • Use the official lesson scope and sequence if your school implements Fundations.
  • Introduce only patterns students have already been taught.
  • Keep practice short and provide corrective feedback.
  • Do not present these independent sheets as official Fundations materials.

Printing and file setup

Open the full-resolution JPG rather than printing a thumbnail. Start with US Letter paper at 100% or Actual Size, then use Fit only if the printer clips the outer edge. Print one test copy before producing a class set, workshop pack, or model-building batch.

Important limitation

Teachers using the program should obtain approved resources through Fundations or their school. Generic practice should supplement, not reconstruct, the proprietary curriculum.

Frequently asked questions

Are the three downloads identical?

No. Each one serves a different use case, so the layout and content change rather than only the color.

Can I edit the JPG files?

You may add personal notes or labels for your own use. Do not remove safety statements, misrepresent an independent file as official, or resell the unmodified designs.
