Printing and file setup
Open the full-resolution JPG rather than printing a thumbnail. Start with US Letter paper at 100% or Actual Size, then use Fit only if the printer clips the outer edge. Print one test copy before producing a class set, workshop pack, or model-building batch.
Important limitation
The U.S. State Department warns that unofficial novelty or souvenir stamps can cause travel problems. Never stamp, write, or attach these designs inside a real passport.
