Hold this stretch for a few seconds, then release and repeat. Next, gently twist your torso to the right, placing your left hand on your right knee and your right hand on the back of the chair. Hold this twist for a few breaths, then switch sides.

Hold this pose for a few breaths, then lower your leg back down and switch sides. Breath and Relax

Begin by sitting back in your chair with your eyes closed, and take a few deep breaths in and out through your nose. Focus on the sensation of your breath as it enters and leaves your body, and allow yourself to relax into the present moment.
As you continue to breathe deeply, try incorporating some gentle neck and shoulder stretches into your routine. Tilt your head to the right, bringing your right ear towards your right shoulder, and hold for a few breaths. Repeat on the left side, then gently roll your shoulders forward and back to release any tension. Finally, end your chair yoga routine by sitting quietly for a few moments, focusing on your breath and allowing yourself to relax completely.
